Employment Services

Aviation Australia is a not-for-profit organisation owned by the Queensland government established to support the growth of the aviation industry through the supply of highly trained aircraft maintenance engineers and flight attendants.

Aviation Australia trains approximately 150 Aircraft Maintenance Engineering students and approximately 200 students Flight Attendant students per annum. One of the taskings of Employment Services is to assist these students into jobs within the industry. If you are looking to employ Aircraft Maintenance staff or Flight Attendants please contact us.

Employment Services also offers training management, labour hire (including apprentice labour hire through our group training company) and consultancy services. Being not-for-profit allows us to keep prices to a minimum. Employment Services can provide your business with a tailored product to support your aviation training and/or labour hire requirements.

Labour Hire

Employment Services provides a simple and fast labour hire capability for Trade Assistants and Flight Attendants. If you need extra labour, whether it be for a short or an extended period of time all you need to do is contact us. We can take care of the rest.

Recruitment

We offer many recruitment options, the most popular being for AME apprentices and/or trainees and Flight Attendants from amongst our students. Employment Services can recruit across a wide range of professions and we can be involved in all or any stage(s) of recruitment dependent on the client’s preference

Apprentice Management

Employment Services staff are highly experienced in managing aeroskills apprenticeships. We have contracts to do so throughout the world, if you would like to employ an apprentice but you don't think you will have the time or staff to manage them we can help. Consultation on apprentice programmes is also available.

Group Training

Within Employment Services is a group training company, through this we have the capability to provide apprentices for whom we assume all legal employer obligations. We will also manage these apprentices so all you have to do is put them to work.
